Ascension Sacred Heart Primary Care – Pace (Suite 200) is seeking a Board-certified or Board-eligible physician in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine for a full-time outpatient role in Pace, FL. The team includes 2 physicians and 2 APPs, with rotating outpatient call and access to dedicated time and support staff.

Qualifications

• Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Active Florida medical licensure and DEA registration preferred by hire date.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient primary care services within an established physician–APP team.
• Collaborate with 2 physicians and 2 APPs to coordinate patient care.
• Participate in rotating outpatient call schedules.
• Utilize RVU-based productivity incentives in a full-time employed setting.
