Job summary
HSHS Medical Group is recruiting a BC/BE Family Medicine Physician for our Mattoon, IL clinic. This role focuses on 100% outpatient care with a Monday-Friday schedule and dedicated support staff.

Qualifications
- Illinois license required prior to start.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible through ABFM.
Responsibilities
- Outpatient family medicine care across ages (adolescents to geriatrics).
- Collaborate with nursing and staff to coordinate care.
- Maintain and utilize EPIC EMR for documentation and scheduling.
