Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
• Completion of residency in an ACGME or AOA accredited program.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services across the full spectrum of family medicine.
• Engage in teaching opportunities with medical students and residents, with optional involvement in research initiatives.
• Participate in a collaborative, team-based care model alongside case management, clinical pharmacists, APPs, and support staff.
• Monday through Friday schedule and contribute to a respectful, inclusive, and collaborative workplace.
