Job summary

The Misch Group in Naples, FL is seeking a Family Practice Physician to join an outpatient primary care clinic. The role emphasizes comprehensive, patient-centered care for all ages within a collaborative team and a modern ATHENA EMR system.

The ideal candidate will have an MD or DO, completed Family Medicine residency, board certification, and an active Florida license, with leadership opportunities as the practice grows.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Completed Family Medicine residency.
• Board certified in Family Medicine.
• Active Florida medical license.
• DEA license and required certifications.
• Excellent clinical and diagnostic skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Proficient with ATHENA EMR.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages, including preventive care, acute care, and chronic disease management.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments, including history reviews, exams, and diagnostics.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with emphasis on education and prevention.
• Manage chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, and cardiovascular disease.
• Perform minor office procedures as needed.
• Collaborate with NP/PA and nursing staff to ensure optimal care.
• Maintain accurate EMR records using ATHENA EMR.
• Participate in a shared call system with supportive staff.
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and best practices.
• Leadership opportunities within a growing practice.
