A leadership component dedicates time to mentorship and team development on a modern rural campus. The role offers a salaried 1.0 FTE with bonuses and incentives and a collaborative care setting, focused on continuity of care

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of 3 Advanced Practice Clinicians.
• Engage in clinical leadership, mentoring and consultation.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to ensure continuity of care for patients and families.

Compensation & Benefits:

• $345,449 salary
• Potential additional compensation through bonuses, quality incentives and/or production-based compensation
• Salaried position with a portion of FTE dedicated to leadership
