Top Echelon Software LLC is seeking a full-time, in-person Family Medicine Physician (MD/DO) to join a mission-driven outpatient healthcare organization in Los Angeles. The physician will work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, in an outpatient setting serving diverse communities.

The role involves collaborating with an integrated care team, delivering comprehensive primary care, preventive services, and care coordination with specialists and behavioral health professionals.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine
• Active state medical license (or ability to obtain)
• Commitment to underserved populations
• Strong clinical judgment and teamwork

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care to adults and children in an outpatient setting
• Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions
• Deliver preventive care and chronic disease management

• Maintain accurate documentation in electronic health records

Compensation: $290K - $300K per year

Job Type: Full-time, Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, in-person (outpatient)
