Duties:

Successful candidates will provide comprehensive andcontinuous care, offering preventative care, treating acute andchronic illness, managing medication and coordinating care withspecialists.

Qualifications:

Successful candidates must have an MD or DO degreeor foreign equivalent and be eligible to obtain a state medicallicense. Applicants must have completed an accredited residency inFamily Medicine, Internal Medicine or Med-Peds. Applicants must beboard certified or eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicineor Med-Peds. All qualifications must be met at the time ofappointment.
