MercyOne Regency Family Medicine in Mason City, IA, part of Trinity Health, invites you to join a busy practice with 3 physicians and 4 ARNPs. The role is traditional outpatient family medicine with optional obstetrics, very minimal call (1:8; phone only), and on-site lab, X-ray, and pharmacy.

A generous compensation package includes a 2-year income guarantee of $290,000+ per year, plus a $150,000 bonus package and full benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a medical/osteopathic medical school is required.
• Board-certified or board-eligible.
• Must obtain Mercy Medical Center-North Iowa medical staff privileges.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide traditional outpatient family medicine with potential obstetrics.
• Participate in on-site lab, X-ray, and pharmacy support.
• Join a high-engagement team with a flexible call schedule (phone only).
