Job summary

CentraCare - Sauk Centre in Minnesota is seeking a BE/BC Family Medicine physician to deliver full-spectrum care across outpatient, inpatient, ER and optional OB in a 25-bed Critical Access Hospital. You’ll join a collaborative team within CentraCare’s strong system resources and provide care close to home in a family-friendly community.

Expect day shifts 7:30am–5pm with ER call 1:5; C-section opportunities available with 1:4 call.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine.
• Eligible for Minnesota medical licensure.

Pay and Benefits

• Salary range:$260,000 - $500,000 per year
• Pay may be determined by factors such as education, experience, skills, knowledge, location, and internal equity
• Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate
• May be eligible for additional pay through bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based compensation.
