Mercy seeks a board certified/board eligible physician to join our Washington, Missouri Family Medicine team. This established practice offers a large patient panel, flexible scheduling, and Nurse-on-Call after hours, with access to behavioral health and subspecialists.

We provide a two-year income guarantee of $350k plus a $125k recruitment incentive, with Public Service Loan Forgiveness eligibility, relocation support, a robust retirement package, and comprehensive professional liability

Responsibilities

• Join an established practice with a large patient panel
• Provide patient care with flexible scheduling
• Collaborate with a team of physicians, advanced practitioners, nurses, and behavioral health professionals
• Engage in committees and quality improvement initiatives
• Utilize Epic EMR and AI Dax Co-pilot for patient care
