Job summary

One Medical in San Francisco (Mission Bay) seeks clinicians to provide care for acute concerns with same-day/next-day access. Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as clinics operate 7 days a week from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m.

This role supports a broad range of conditions and requires strong documentation and patient communication. Applicants should be licensed in California by start date and have outpatient primary or urgent care experience with all ages.

Qualifications

• Excellent clinical and communication skills.
• Experience in outpatient primary or urgent care seeing all ages (0+).
• State licensing in California by start date.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for acute medical concerns with same-day/next-day access.
• Work flexible hours including evenings and weekends; clinics open 8am–9pm, 7 days a week.
• Complete thorough documentation for all patient encounters including procedures.
• Obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for virtual primary care in other states.
