Job summary

You will practice in a busy clinic that values patient-centered care and collaboration. You will work with embedded behavioral resources, RN Care Managers, medication refill support, and well‑resourced front and back‑office staff to help make the practice sustainable

Qualifications

• Board certified/eligible at time of employment.
• Licensed in the state of WA by the time of employment.
• DEA, NPI & prescriptive authority.
• Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification by the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Ambulatory primary care within Rockwood Clinic.
• Embedded behavioral resources and RN Care Managers.
