Baylor St. Luke's Medical Group seeks a Family Medicine Physician to join its thriving network in Magnolia, Texas.

You will deliver comprehensive primary care to a diverse patient panel in a collaborative outpatient setting, with a flexible 4.5-day work week designed for work-life balance. The role requires Board Certification or Eligibility in Family Medicine, an active Texas license, and strong patient-centered clinical skills.

Formación

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
• Board certification in Family Medicine.
• Active or eligible Texas medical license.
• Strong clinical skills in comprehensive primary care from newborns to adults.
• Experience or interest in medical education, teaching, and mentorship.
• Excellent communication and teamwork in a clinical/academic setting.
• Commitment to high-quality, compassionate care and learning culture.

Responsabilidades

• Provide comprehensive primary care to a diverse patient panel, seeing newborns to seniors.
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses with preventative care focus.
• Collaborate with a supporting team of nurses, MAs, and staff.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and protocol development.
• Advocate for patient-centered care in an outpatient setting.
