Qualifications

• Commitment to preventive medicine and high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care for patients of all ages; pediatrics to geriatrics.
• Diagnose and treat a wide range of medical conditions.
• Conduct routine check-ups and preventive care, including screenings and health education.
• Manage chronic illnesses, perform minor procedures, and provide follow-up care.
• Collaborate with specialists to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Document patient encounters in EMR using EPIC accurately.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinic operations.
• Maintain compassionate, patient-centered care and clear communication with patients and families.
