Job summary

Kelsey-Seybold Clinic, part of the Optum family, seeks a Family Medicine physician for outpatient practice in the Houston area. Work hours are 8a–5p, Monday–Friday, with opportunities to see new patients and corporate physicals.

You may participate in a monthly family medicine call group and enjoy a comprehensive benefits package. Must have MD/DO, completed Family Medicine residency, Texas license, and ABFM board certification or eligibility.

Qualifications

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited program.
• Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency.
• Current Texas medical license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Board certification or eligibility by the American Board of Family Medicine.

Responsibilities

• See outpatient patients Monday–Friday, 8a–5p, including new patients and corporate physicals.
• Participate in Family Medicine Call group; on-call about once per month.
• Perform annual physicals and preventive medicine.
• Care for patients across all ages, from children to seniors.

Education

Medical Degree (MD, DO)

Accredited Family Medicine Residency training

Licensed to practice in Texas

Board Certified or Board Eligible by ABFM
