Job summary

Endeavor Health in Northbrook, IL is seeking a Family Medicine Primary Care Physician for a full-time, 1.0 FTE position. Hours are 7:00 am–6:00 pm, Monday through Friday, with Saturday coverage 7:30 am–12:00 pm and a rotating call schedule every six weeks.

The physician will develop a clinical practice, maintain a minimum of 34 bookable hours per week, and participate in weekend and weekday call; teaching responsibilities include house staff and medical students.

Qualifications

• Illinois Medical License or License Pending.
• Family Medicine residency completed and board certified or eligible by the American Board of Family Medicine.

Responsibilities

• Development of a clinical practice.
• Maintain a minimum of 34 bookable hours per week and 20 extended hours per month.
• Participate in weekend and weekday call.
• Teach house staff and medical students as assigned.

Education

Illinois Medical License or License Pending
