Job summary

Jackson Physician Search is seeking a Family Medicine physician for an independent critical access hospital in western Minnesota. The role is primarily outpatient with light inpatient and ER coverage, featuring a 4-day work week and generous PTO to enjoy the outdoor community.

You will see 15–18 patients per day with 2 RNs, an LPN and an MA, plus 1:5 clinic calls from home and occasional ER/hospital weekend coverage.

Qualifications

• Outpatient clinic with a 12-bed critical access hospital, Level IV Trauma ER, 2 operating rooms and visiting specialists.
• 4-day work week with 7+ weeks of PTO to enjoy outdoor activities and community.
• Light inpatient census with rounding on your own patients.

Responsibilities

• Outpatient focus with occasional inpatient and ER coverage as needed.
• 1:5 clinic call from home plus 1 ER and hospital weekend per month.
• Work with Epic EMR for patient documentation and care coordination.
