Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care to a diverse panel ranging from newborns to geriatrics, with emphasis on young families; perform various in-office procedures and optional newborn hospital rounding.
• Experience true administrative relief with a 1.5:1 MA-to-clinician ratio and a cross-trained support team to manage results and patient messaging.
• Maintain a 4.5-day clinical schedule with a dedicated half-day for administrative tasks (flexible/remote) and a light rotation-based on-call schedule (1:4).
• Utilize 15-minute appointment blocks, integrated virtual visits, and a ramp-up period for new providers to ensure quality care and patient retention.
• Earn a competitive base salary with a productivity bonus (10-15% of net revenue), quarterly lab bonuses, and a no-buy-in path to partnership within 3–4 years.
