Job summary

CompHealth in California is seeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician for a Pacific Coast position near Santa Barbara. You will benefit from a low patient census, a 4.5-day work week, and options for 1–3 year contracts with a competitive base salary or production-based pay.

Each physician is supported by a dedicated medical assistant, with additional compensation for supervising mid-level providers. Our recruiters help with salary negotiation, licenses, and arranging interviews.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine welcome.

Responsibilities

• Schedule: Mon–Thu 8 am–5 pm, Fri 8 am–12 pm.
• Low patient census of 16–18 patients per day.
• Each physician is supported by their own dedicated medical assistant.
• Choice of 1, 2, or 3-year contract options available.
• Competitive base salary or productivity-based compensation model.
• Additional compensation for supervising mid-level providers.
