Job summary

NP Now, LLC in Winchester, VA is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Family Medicine physician for outpatient care in a community health setting. You will provide evaluations, treatment, and medication management, collaborating with a team of 3 MDs and 13 advanced practice providers using Athena EMR with Suki AI for note-taking.

This open schedule offers 4×10-hour shifts (8:00 am–6:00 pm), with daily patient volume 16–18.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine.
• Eligible to hold WV state medical license.
• Open to H1B visa holders, if required.

Responsibilities

• Provide evaluations, treatment, and medication management in the outpatient setting.
• Follow department policies and procedures.
• Discuss and explain treatments and medication thoroughly with patients.
• Serve on call (1:10 physician-to-nurse ratio) via phone only.
• Collaborate with a team of 3 MDs and 13 advanced practice providers.
• Use Athena EMR with Suki AI note-taking support.
