Job summary

NOW Healthcare Recruitment is seeking a Family Medicine physician for an outpatient role in the Austin, TX area. The position is full-time and permanent, with clinic hours from 8a to 5p, Monday through Friday, seeing an average of 20 patients daily.

Qualifications include MD/DO and BC/BE in Family Medicine; TX license or in process. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, loan reimbursement, sign-on & relocation negotiable, and CME opportunities.

• BC/BE in Family Medicine; if BE, must attain BC within 3 years of hire.
• TX Medical License or in process.

• Limited call 3-4x per year; average 2-3 calls per weekly shift.

• $205k-$210k base for new graduates + up to 25% bonus ($260k total comp) and $235k base for experienced candidates with up to 25% bonus ( $290000.00 total comp)
