NP Now, LLC is seeking Internal Medicine/Family Medicine physicians to join a 65-year-old, 800-member group with 10 locations in Seguin, Texas. The role offers a base salary of 215k–250k per year, plus tuition assistance, CME, sign-on bonus, and 31 days of PTO.

Schedule includes Mon–Thu 8am–5pm, Fri 8am–noon with admin time after noon, and one weekend per month on call for the nursery. Opportunity to serve lower-middle‑income families, with the option to see all ages or adults only.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Eligible to obtain an unrestricted Texas medical license.
• Desire to work with lower-middle-income families / blue-collar patients.
• Team player who can jump in and help when needed.
• Wants a long-term home, not a stepping-stone position.
