A community-based health system in central Illinois is seeking a healthcare provider for outpatient services. Guaranteed base rate of $292,953/year (Adjusted to FTE allocation).

Our providers serve both urban and rural communities at clinics located throughout a multi-county area. Position Details

• Monday – Friday
• Flexibility on hours/day worked
• Outpatient only
• Call rotation – Oncall varies depending on location and clinic partner pool. Telenurse provides after-hours triaging for the physicians.
• Call volume is minimalized with triage services.
• Clinic visits: 18-22 per day
