Job summary

Proforma Health in Virginia seeks a board-eligible or board-certified Family Medicine physician to provide full-scope outpatient care in our established Family Care Center. The role includes delivering comprehensive services and participating in newborn nursery call.

You will coordinate with hospitalists, follow admitted patients when needed, and document using Epic EMR to support seamless continuity of care across settings.

Qualifications

• MD/DO with board cert/eligibility in family medicine.
• Strong clinical judgment across primary care.
• Comfort with EMR-based documentation.

Responsibilities
