The South Bend Clinic in South Bend, IN is seeking a compassionate Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine physician to join our physician-led, multi-specialty group with an established patient population.

You will work with an experienced team, provide evidence-based, patient-centered care, and have access to in-office procedures, full lab and imaging capabilities, and teaching opportunities with Family Medicine residencies.
