SourceMD in Arizona is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join a full-scope outpatient practice. The role concentrates on adult medicine with pediatric and women’s health components, serving a patient mix largely covered by commercial insurance.

In this position, there is no inpatient work or obstetrics, and patient volume sits in the low-20s. Salary is about $220,000 plus an incentive plan based on production, with a strong benefits package including PTO, holidays, CME stipend, and a 401(k)

• Provide full-scope family medicine including pediatric, women’s health and adult care.
• Manage patient panel with mostly commercial third-party insurance.
• No inpatient or obstetric duties; outpatient clinic focus.

Family Medicine Physician Job In Arizona

• FM physician who is BC (BE is acceptable as long as they plan on taking Boards in the next cycle)
• Sees a Full scope practice inclusive of Peds/Womens Health/ Adult medicine
• Patient mix is concentrated in adult medicine
• Patient base is primarily commercial 3rd party insurance
• No inpatient work required / No OB
• Patient volume averages in low 20's
• Salary $220,000 + incentive plan based on production
• M-F daytime hours
• Strong benefits plan available on date of hire
  • 4 weeks PTO/ 5 weeks after 3 yrs service
