Job Summary and Responsibilities

As our Family Medicine Physician, you will be at the forefront of delivering high-quality, cost-effective, and values-based patient care, crucial to shaping and executing our medical services. Your expertise will be instrumental in comprehensive health assessments, accurate diagnoses, and developing holistic management plans.

You’ll directly impact healthcare outcomes, emphasizing preventative care, health promotion, and the intricate coordination of care for all patients, including those with complex healthcare needs.

Every day you will perform thorough general health histories and physical examinations, expertly interpreting diagnostic tests to identify deviations and inform clinical decisions. You’ll develop and analyze differential diagnoses for a wide array of common primary care issues.

Your daily responsibilities also include providing vital health promotion and disease prevention education, and seamlessly collaborating with other healthcare professionals to meet diverse patient needs.

To be successful in this role, you will be a dedicated Family Medicine Physician committed to continuous quality improvement and adherence to the highest regulatory standards. You must be adept at both broad and problem-focused health assessments, precise in diagnosis, and skilled in developing comprehensive patient management plans.

Job Requirements
  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution
  • Board certification or board eligible in Surgery from the American Board of Surgery
  • Oregon medical license and DEA certificate
  • Specialty training at an ACGME accredited facility
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
