Job summary

Northeast Healthcare Recruitment, Inc. (NEHCR) is assisting a respected Indiana health system to recruit a full-time Family Medicine physician to serve the Elkhart community and surrounding areas.

The physician will provide comprehensive primary care across all ages, work with a collaborative multidisciplinary team, and have access to strong clinical support and opportunities for professional growth in northern Indiana.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified or board eligible in Family Medicine.
• Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care for patients across the lifespan.
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Perform preventive care, wellness exams, and health screenings.
• Develop long-term relationships with patients and families.
• Collaborate with specialists and multidisciplinary team for coordinated care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using the EMR.
