Outpatient clinic setting, Monday–Friday, 8a-5p, caring for approximately 16–18 patients daily with emphasis on preventive and chronic disease management. Credentialing requires an active Michigan license or IMLC; malpractice insurance is typically arranged and travel, lodging, and transportation logistics are supported by AMN.

• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8a-5p.
