Job summary

Family Medicine Physician role in Los Angeles, CA, is a part-time outpatient position with a Monday–Friday schedule and an additional Saturday shift, paying $140.00–$145.00 per hour. It serves underserved and uninsured patients in the greater Los Angeles area, offering a collaborative, mission-driven environment.

You will deliver comprehensive primary care, manage preventive care, and coordinate with a multidisciplinary team to improve access and outcomes for patients.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree required.
• Completion of Family Medicine residency required.
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine.
• Active California medical license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care services in an outpatient setting.
• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Perform preventive care visits, follow-ups, and routine health maintenance.
• Develop treatment plans and coordinate care with clinical support staff and specialists as needed.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR.
• Educate patients on treatment plans, preventive health, and disease management.
• Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, behavioral health professionals, and support staff to ensure coordinated patient care.

Location: Los Angeles, California

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Compensation: $140.00 – $145.00 per hour

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Family Medicine Physician to join a mission-driven outpatient healthcare organization serving underserved and uninsured patient populations in the greater Los Angeles area. This is a part-time outpatient opportunity for a provider who is passionate about delivering accessible, high-quality primary care in a collaborative community health setting.

Position Highlights
