Job summary

MASC Medical seeks a Family Medicine Physician for part-time outpatient work in the greater Los Angeles area. The role focuses on accessible, high-quality primary care for underserved populations, with a collaborative team and no night shifts.

Enjoy a Monday–Friday schedule with Saturday coverage 1st and 3rd of each month, treating about 20–24 patients daily. Ideal candidates hold an MD or DO, are Board Eligible/Certified in Family Medicine, and have or will obtain California licensure.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree required.
• Completion of or current enrollment in a Family Medicine residency program required.
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine.
• Active California medical license or ability to obtain preferred.
• Community health or outpatient primary care experience preferred.
• Commitment to serving underserved patient populations strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care services in an outpatient setting.
• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Perform preventive care visits, follow-ups, and routine health maintenance.
• Develop treatment plans and coordinate care with clinical support staff and specialists as needed.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR.
• Educate patients on treatment plans, preventive health, and disease management.
• Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, behavioral health professionals, and support staff to ensure coordinated patient care.

Compensation: $140.00 – $145.00 per hour

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Family Medicine Physician to join a mission-driven outpatient healthcare organization serving underserved and uninsured patient populations in the greater Los Angeles area. Position Highlights
