Job summary

The ideal candidate is board certified or eligible in Family Medicine, holds MD or DO, and is licensed in Ohio. You will deliver preventive screenings, manage chronic diseases, educate patients, and participate in quality improvement

Qualifications

• Board certification or board eligibility in Family Medicine.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care services for pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients.
