Job summary

Pacific Medical Centers’ Federal Way clinic is seeking Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physicians for part-time or full-time positions. You will care for patients of all ages in an outpatient setting, with access to on-site lab/diagnostic services and a supportive team.

The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule and 0.8–1.0 FTE, with CME benefits, relocation assistance and a sign-on bonus. Open to board-certified/board-eligible Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Med-Peds physicians;

• Open to board-certified/board-eligible Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Internal Medicine-Pediatrics (Med-Peds) physicians.
• Experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient primary care to patients of all ages.

• Compensation is between $296,169 and $347,122 per year
• The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position. In addition, providers may have CME benefits available to them.

Pacific Medical Centers' Federal Way clinic is an accredited patient-centered medical home, delivering convenient care to patients using a team-based model led by a provider. Federal Way offers primary care and specialty care in cardiology, dermatology, behavioral medicine and podiatry and has a registered dietitian in-house. With a personalized approach to medicine at the forefront, Federal Way offers convenient on-site services such as x-ray, laboratory, pharmacy and interpreter services.
