COMPLETE HEALTHCARE FOR WOMEN, Inc. is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join our growing practice in Ohio. You will provide comprehensive primary care and addiction treatment to adults, emphasizing compassionate, patient-centered care and coordination with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

  • MD or DO with board certification/eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
  • Active, unrestricted medical license in Ohio and DEA registration.
  • Strong clinical judgment and compassionate patient care.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive family medicine and primary care to adult patients.
  • Diagnose, treat acute and chronic conditions, including substance use disorders.
  • Implement medication-assisted treatment as appropriate.
  • Coordinate care with behavioral health and other providers.
  • Educate patients on medications, lifestyle changes, and preventive care.
  • Document medical records accurately and timely.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary team; participate in quality improvement.

Family Medicine Physician
Addiction Medicine & Primary Care

Join a growing, mission driven medical practice providing comprehensive primary care and addiction treatment across 11 locations.

We are a medical organization dedicated to improving the health and well-being of our patients through accessible, compassionate primary care and addiction medicine.

We are seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join our team and provide high quality, patient centered care to a diverse adult population. This is an excellent opportunity for a physician who enjoys building meaningful patient relationships and wants to make a measurable difference in the lives of patients affected by substance use disorders and other chronic medical conditions.

What You’ll Do
  • Provide comprehensive family medicine and primary care to adult patients.
  • Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions.
  • Evaluate and manage patients with substance use disorders.
  • Provide medication-assisted treatment for opioid and other substance use disorders, as appropriate.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and coordinate care with behavioral health and other medical providers.
  • Perform routine physical examinations, preventive care, and health screenings.
  • Manage chronic conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidemia, and COPD.
  • Educate patients regarding medications, lifestyle changes, preventive health, and recovery.
  • Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation.
  • Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, counselors, and support staff.
  • Participate in quality-improvement initiatives designed to improve patient outcomes and access to care.
What We’re Looking For
  • MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
  • Board certification or board eligibility in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or a related specialty.
  • Active, unrestricted medical license in Ohio
  • DEA registration or eligibility.
  • Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
  • Compassionate, nonjudgmental approach to patients with substance use disorders.
  • Interest in integrated addiction and primary care.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Addiction medicine experience is highly valued but not required. We welcome physicians who are interested in developing expertise in addiction treatment.
