Job summary

One Medical is seeking a full-time Family Medicine/Medicine-Pediatrics physician in Columbus, OH. You will manage a diverse patient panel, provide in-office and tele-health care, and collaborate with both in-office and virtual teams.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in, or have completed, an accredited Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics residency program.
• Practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years in an outpatient primary care setting seeing all ages (0+)
• Board certified in Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics, or Board Eligible with plans to obtain board certification within 1 year of your One Medical start date
• State licensed in Ohio, obtained before your One Medical start date

Responsibilities

• Manage a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs; conduct acute, chronic, and well visits
• Treat patients in-office or in testing centers as well as during tele-health visits
• Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and other learning modalities
• Collaborate with in-office teammates and virtual clinical teams
• Supervise NP or PA colleagues and obtain additional state licensure/credentialing as needed

What you’ll be working on:

• Managing a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs; conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits
• Treating patients in-office or in testing centers as well as conducting occasional tele-health visits
• Continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and through other modalities
• Ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams
• Utilization of your specific clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures
• Supervising one or more NP or PA colleagues
• Willing to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in additional states

Education, licenses, and experiences required for this role:

• Enrolled in, or have completed, an accredited Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics residency program
• Practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years in an outpatient primary care setting seeing all ages (0+)
• Board certified in Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics, or Board Eligible with plans to obtain board certification within 1 year of your One Medical start date
• State licensed in Ohio, obtained before your One Medical start date

This is a full-time role based in Columbus, OH at the One Medical New Albany clinic location.

Total compensation at One Medical includes base salary, incentive pay, and benefits. We also have the ability to offer relocation benefits and sign-on bonuses as appropriate.

The base salary range for this role is $218,100 - $260,700 based on a full-time schedule. Final determination of starting pay may vary based on factors such as practice experience and patient care schedule.
