Job summary

Summit Health in Clifton, New Jersey is seeking a board-certified/eligible Family Medicine physician to join our expanding department and deliver patient-centered, integrated care in collaboration with APPs and the care team across ambulatory settings.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible Family Medicine physician.
• Experience in multidisciplinary, patient-centered care.
• Active medical license in New Jersey is desirable.

• Collaborate with APPs and care management teams to coordinate patient care.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and quality improvement initiatives.
