Proactive MD in Artesia, NM, seeks a Physician – Family Medicine to join a Direct Primary Care team focused on meaningful patient relationships and high-quality primary care. The role emphasizes time with patients, autonomy, and a supportive clinical team within a patient-centered model.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Current, unrestricted New Mexico medical license.
• 1+ year of post-residency clinical experience.
• BLS or ACLS certification.
• Strong clinical judgment and commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop strong relationships with patients and colleagues.
• Comfortable working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary care team.
• Genuine passion for improving the patient experience and helping people live healthier lives.

Schedule:

• Monday & Wednesday: 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM

• Tuesday & Thursday: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

• Friday: OFF

• No weekends
