Atrium Health Primary Care Mint Hill Commons Family Medicine in Mint Hill, NC, is seeking experienced Family Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants for a part-time, 0.6 FTE, outpatient role from 1pm to 5pm. Ideal candidates see patients of all ages.

You will join a collaborative practice with 5 physicians, 3 APPs and 1 psychologist; no nights or weekends, minimal shared phone call, and strong support from a care team for chronic disease management.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant preferred.
• Ideal candidates see patients of all ages.
• Outpatient primary care experience is desirable.

• Part-Time (.6FTE) - Monday - Friday 1pm-5pm
• No Nights/Weekends
• Minimal Shared Call (Phone Only) – 1 Week out of every 10 Weeks
• Innovative Practice w/ Support from Care Team for Chronic Disease Management
