This 100% outpatient role has no on‑call duties, with telehealth support and 24/7 patient assistance from a centralized team. AI scribing helps reduce charting time, and collaboration across dozens of specialties enhances patient care.

Position Overview:

Washington Permanente Medical Group (WPMG) is seeking a 0.8 - 1.0 FTE Primary Care Physician either Family Medicine or Internal Medicine trained to join our Factoria Medical Center team in Bellevue, Washington.

Ideal candidates will have experience with telehealth and digital health-or the flexibility to incorporate virtual care into their practice.

• This position is 100% outpatient with no call required.
• You will have an excellent balance of patients per day and work with a centralized Telehealth Medical Center team to support your patients 24/7.
• Inbox support team will manage up to 70% of your in-basket messages.
• AI Scribing & Summarization support to cut down charting time by half.
• In our integrated health care model our clinicians have instant access to dozens of specialties, which allows for a level of collaboration and comprehensive treatment your patients deserve.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary Range: $295,302 to $347,414 (salary will be prorated based on FTE, new hire salaries will be based on factors such as education, training and experience.)
