Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner (NP) – Start Date: ASAP. Pay Rate: $132,000.00 – $144,000.00.

We are a well-established, mission-driven health system on California's Central Coast seeking a Spanish-speaking Nurse Practitioner to join our growing Family Medicine team. This is an excellent opportunity to practice in a collaborative, patient-centered environment while serving a diverse community with outstanding clinical support and exceptional work‑life balance.

Position Highlights

• 100% outpatient Family Medicine
• 4‑day workweek (4x10 schedule)
• No call
• Care for patients of all ages
• Established practice with immediate patient volume
• Base salary: $132,000 – $144,000 + productivity incentives
• Dedicated Medical Assistant for each provider
• Collaborative team of Family Medicine physicians, APPs, and Pediatrics
• NHSC Student Loan Repayment eligible site
