Job summary

Live Well Homecare is seeking a Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner to provide outpatient care in a Federally Qualified Health Center setting.

You will manage a patient load of about 18 daily, perform diagnostics and treatment within family medicine, and work Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.

Washington-licensed NPs with Board Certification, DEA, and BLS/ACLS are required; the role offers competitive pay and travel, lodging, and licensing support.
