Job summary

Jackson Physician Search is assisting a 25-bed Critical Access Hospital in Colorado with recruiting a Board-Eligible or Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for its primary care team. The role offers a $150,000 guaranteed salary with productivity bonus incentives and is 100% outpatient.

You will join a team comprising one physician and two APPs, serving 12–15 patients daily while benefiting from comprehensive benefits, sign-on/relocation support, PTO, 401(k) with employer

Qualifications

• Board-eligible or board-certified NP or PA for primary care
• Outpatient focused practice in a small hospital setting
• Ability to manage a typical primary care panel with patient volume 12–15/day

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality outpatient primary care in a 25-bed Critical Access Hospital
• Collaborate with one physician and two experienced APPs to deliver care
• Manage a daily patient load of 12–15 with efficient, evidence-based decisions
