St. Luke’s University Health Network is seeking an Advanced Practitioner (NP/PA) to join Warren Hills Family Practice.

The role provides care across all ages in a high-volume primary care setting and includes clinical evaluations, treatments, counseling, and referrals under physician supervision. You will participate in quality initiatives and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes.

Qualificações

• Must be board eligible or board-Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner or Medical Physician Assistant with current license to practice in the state of Pennsylvania or New Jersey, as determined by the job location.
• Although one year experience in a similar setting is preferred, new grads are encouraged to apply!

Responsabilidades

• Provide healthcare services to patients under supervision of, and/or in collaboration with, the attending physician.
• Conduct medical evaluation, treatment, counseling, and referrals, including diagnostic evaluations and order interpretations.
• Coordinate care and communicate effectively with healthcare professionals to meet patient needs.
• Participate in patient satisfaction, quality, and performance improvement initiatives.
