Job summary

Rancho Family Medical Group in Moreno Valley, CA, seeks a Full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for primary care. 40 hours weekly (36 patient-facing, 4 admin hours), approximately three patients per hour, EPIC EMR in Riverside area. Schedule includes four 10-hour days and one 4-hour admin day (possible from home).

Active CA PA/NP license and board certification required. Bilingual Spanish a plus. Competitive compensation with robust benefits and a physician-led team culture.

Qualifications

• Board certification/eligibility.
• Active and unrestricted California medical license (PA/NP).
• Bilingual Spanish preferred but not required.
• EMR: EPIC.
• Strong understanding of examination methodologies and diagnostics.
• In-depth knowledge of infectious diseases and their epidemiology.
• Knowledge of medications, side effects, and contraindications.
• Understanding of legal and medical guidelines and best practices.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Examine and treat patients in primary care.
• Prescribe and administer medications; perform vaccines and provide health advice.
• Order tests and arrange follow-ups; refer to specialists as needed.
• Work with EPIC EMR and maintain patient confidentiality.
