Qualifications

• NP Master’s degree from an accredited program.
• Current RN license and NP license in the applicable state.
• Board certification in NP specialty.

Responsibilities

• Determine patient care plans using medical decision making.
• Collaborate with medical team for team-based care.
• Order and interpret labs and diagnostic procedures.
• Explain procedures to patients including preparation and anticipated effects.
• Potential to participate in basic science and clinical research.
• Precept students/medical learners when appropriate.
• Uphold mission, values and cultural commitments.
