Job summary

iRecruitmd is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to join our Yakima, WA area team. The NP will support three programs, collaborate with multiple treatment teams, and broaden care access for vulnerable communities.

The role offers varied daily work, autonomy, and the chance to develop skills beyond typical primary care settings. Required: Master’s or Doctorate in Nursing with FNP specialization, WA RN and ARNP licenses, ANCC/AANP FNP certification, and DEA, First Aid & CPR.

Qualifications

Master's or Doctorate in Nursing with Family Nurse Practitioner specialization.
ANCC or AANP board certification as FNP.
WA RN license and WA ARNP license.
DEA registration.
First Aid & CPR certification.

Responsibilities

Evaluate clients’ physical health and provide routine medical treatment.
Prescribe and monitor medications and educate clients and their support system about the medication’s purpose, dosage, and side effects.
Refer clients for additional medical care or labs when needed.
Collaborate with behavioral health treatment teams to create an individualized treatment plan.
Prescribe buprenorphine and support dosing procedures with the mobile MAT clinic team.
Complete all documentation and charting in a timely, client-centered manner.
