Providence Hawks Prairie Family Medicine Clinic in Lacey, WA is seeking a full-time Family Medicine nurse practitioner to join a collaborative team. The practice focuses on high-quality care in a medical home model with embedded services including clinical pharmacy, diabetic nutrition, and onsite labs and radiography.

This unpaneled NP role involves seeing patients part of the day and supporting provider inboxes when PCPs are out on PTO or CME.

Responsibilities

• Unpaneled NP who sees patients part of the day and covers provider inboxes during PTO/CME.
• 4–5 day workweek options with shared after-hours call; no weekend work.
• Work in a full-spectrum family medicine team with embedded services (clinical pharmacy, diabetic nutrition, onsite labs and radiography).
