Job summary

One Community Health in The Dalles, Oregon is seeking a licensed MD/DO to provide comprehensive family medicine services in a collaborative clinic setting. The position offers a full-time schedule (32 patient care hours weekly, plus 8 hours of asynchronous care) and no on-call requirements.

Qualified candidates will have an accredited medical degree, board certification, and current Oregon license (MD/DO, with DEA in good standing). Epic EMR experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited allopathic or osteopathic medical school with current Board Certification.
• Current Oregon NP or PA license.
• DEA licensure in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive family medicine services to your own patient panel.
• Work in a collaborative environment with experienced clinicians.
• Full-time schedule: 32 patient care hours per week with 16 templated daily appointments.
• No on-call requirements.
