You will diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, perform routine wellness exams, order diagnostic studies, prescribe therapies, and maintain accurate EMR documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses
• Perform physical examinations
• Order and interpret diagnostic studies
• Prescribe medications and therapies
• Manage chronic diseases
• Perform Medicare Annual Wellness Visits
• Educate patients on preventive care
• Coordinate care with specialists through our referral coordinator
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives
• Lock and finish the chart within 48 hours of the patient's visit.
