Job summary

Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to join the Center of Hope in Newark, DE. The role focuses on primary care for medically underserved communities with a strong Latino focus and bilingual team support.

The position offers a full-time outpatient schedule, limited call, and a comprehensive compensation package including sign-on and loan repayment options. Epic EMR is used for documentation and care coordination.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree and eligibility to obtain licensure
• Completion of IM or FM residency
• Board certification/eligibility required (BC/BE)
• Ability to obtain PA medical license may be required in some cases

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient primary care in a Family Medicine/Internal Medicine setting.
• Conduct medical interviews and exams, including Spanish interviews when needed.
• Collaborate with bilingual care team to coordinate patient care.
• Maintain accurate EHR documentation and patient records.
